While there have been (and continue to be) countless chances for reconnection and rebirth, it’s increasingly clear that we’re returning to a changed social, economic, and creative landscape.

For a long time, we’ve known we must be that change we see in the world.

There’s a new urgency in the air when it comes to tending to the needs of the earth and her people. We need to heal the heart: at the level of the individual hearts and across our local and global communities.

Hi, I’m Marisa Goudy. I’m a Story Healer, a Word Witch, and a Writing Coach.

I’ll be your Priestess at the Crossroads and stand with you where the old year meets the new.

I’m the author of The Sovereignty Knot: A Woman’s Way to Freedom, Power, Love, and Magic, a student of Celtic mythology and Irish folklore, an energy medicine practitioner, a tarot reader, and a member of the Sacred Center Mystery School.

A Sovereign Way isn’t your average new year’s planning retreat.

We won’t be talking about quarterly goals or measuring your impact by the standard metrics. Instead, we’ll be engaged in the work of transformation, and that relies on the magical as much as the practical. My background in academia plus my decade of experience in business for myself as a copywriter, website development firm owner, digital marketer, and founder of the Sovereign Writers Knot are part of the mix when we need them.

It’s my mission to help you find your own balance between the being and doing, between sitting with the hard stuff and bravely moving forward.
